Following are the details : valid from 10/01/2006 to 09/30/2009 Visa was stamped and dates are : Issue date : 01 nov 2006 Expiry date : 30 Oct 2009 I had Transferred my visa to Company B. New petition details are : Valid from 11/05/2007 to 11/01/2010 Please suggest, do I come under H1B cap or am I quota exempt ? Can my H1B be renewed now ?
