Abhi.023 Posted June 19, 2013 Report Posted June 19, 2013 Hi, I am working on H1B for company A (Since Oct’2012). But during visa filing my company A mentioned company Y as end client. But It never worked for company Y and I got a project with new client company X at different work location mentioned in LCA and petition. But during an ongoing investigation on company A, USCIS got that I working for differ client and on different location mentioned in Visa petition and in LCA. I immediately asked my employer to change my petition and LCA (but I have very little faith on that). Immediately I got another employer who was will to transfer my H1B as regular employee. Now that employer filed my H1B under premium processing. Is there any chance for rejection?
