I am on H1B and husband's greencard just filed

Hi,

 

I am planning to go to india in December and get my first h1B visa stamp. My husband's greencard was just filed by his company and he is not coming with to india.

 

Will I have trouble getting my vis stamp if my husband's greencard is underway?

 

Also I work for an ad agency and I am into marketing, could this be any kind of trouble from getting my visa stamp?

 

Please advice soon

I dont see any issues correlating to you working with an Ad firm or your husband's GC processing.

No. H1B is a dual intent visa; there is the option for permanent residency filing in the future.
