L1B eligibility requirements

Hi,

 

My company is sponsoring my L1B visa.

However there seems to be some confusion related to the eligibility.

 

Lets say the current Org is A.

 

In Apr 2011, i left Org A and joined Org B. Before that, i was with org A for the last 5 years.

Then i Left Org B and again joined Org A in Apr 2013.

 

Org is now sponsoring me to US.

 

Am i eligible for L1B?
