Mond Posted June 18, 2013 Report Posted June 18, 2013 Hi All, Here is my situation: 1) Company A - laid me off end of April my last pay stub came for the same in May. 2) Company B filed H1B transfer on May 15th and got RFE regarding client letters which client is NOT willing to provide. 3) I got another project with client letters, vendor letters, Work Orders all ready Company C is interested in filing H1B with Company A details, but Company A has already revoked my H1B on June 5th. My question, can Company 'C' - file my H1B on Company A details or do they have to file on Company 'B' - with receipt# (even though RFE in process). Please suggest how should Company C file my H1B transfer Or which one is better for my case. Company 'C' attorney says it should be ok to provide multiple years W2 forms and 6month pay stub; not sure if this case will even proceed further with Company 'A' details. Thanks All
arun.karthik566 Posted June 20, 2013 Report Posted June 20, 2013 Hi, I am Arun. I did not recieve my RFE by mail it's already been 1 month. My Employer's address and lawyer's adress is correct. What should I do? What are the options to find what my RFE says?
