sampitroda Posted June 17, 2013 Report Posted June 17, 2013 Can my employer file for H1B amendment and extension at the same time. I am moving from office A to office B with the same firm. I am a direct Full time employee. No clients. My H1 expires in next 6 months. Are there any issues in filing extension and amendment simultaneously? Please advice.
sthamago Posted June 18, 2013 Report Posted June 18, 2013 If you are applying for extension why would you again need amendment and if you are applying for amendment why would you need extension. Only Extension with Office B would be enough
