ateetshah Posted June 17, 2013 Report Share Posted June 17, 2013 DOL doesn't send anything to USCIS that I am aware of. Your company's attorney does as pat of your I-140 process. DOL and USCIS are under different umbrella/branches of US Government. The PERM process is governed by the laws set forth and all agencies work closely. Link to comment
