EB3-EB2 Porting A# changed

Hi -

This is in regards to EB3-EB2 porting A# change question -

Following is the info -

EB3 -

I-140 Approved

PD- Feb, 2006

EAD and 485 filed in 2007 and I was single then.

 

Recently applied for EB2 -

 

I140-Approved

PD - Feb,2006 (same of EB3 PD)

However, the A# in EB2 140 Approval Notice is different from EB3. Is this an issue..?

Should USCIS be contacted to correct the A# in EB2-140 Approval so that it matches the one on EB3...?

 

Planning to file 485 for spouse when the date becomes current.
