My Brother wants to sell merchindise online from India

Hello Folks,

Need your suggestion....my brother wants to sell stuff online...he is in India....he will open his acct in local US bank residing outside US.....the only my involvement is to ship the stuff locally....all the transitions will be done through his name/account.....i wont be taking money for any of shipping....I am here on H1b...please let me know is this possible without get in to any immigration trouble...thanks

You may NOT do this. That is ILLEGAL work on H1B status.  Go home if you cannot obey the rules., Tell your brother that he has to find another way to do this without your help.

You can NOT be involved AT ALL.

You can NOT ship anything for his company.

If you do, you would be working ILLEGALLY!

How would our brother open a bank account here in the US if he doenst have a SSN and not a resident here?

 

Anyways what you are suggesting is illegal..it will put you in trouble on H1B.
