rk.Dallasdesi Posted June 16, 2013 Report Posted June 16, 2013 Hello Experts, I got my I-140 approved through a Company A and i'm currently on my 9th year H1b which is valid till Feb2014 (This 3 years extension was based on that I-140). Now i had to change my employer last month. Employer B had applied for my H1b transfer with that I-140 and got new H1b extn for 3 years. We have not initiated the Green card process with Employer B yet. Can i change the current employer (Employer B), If i have a good opportunity with Employer C? Can i still use I-140 of employer A (If not revoked), for H1 transfer/extension for employer C? Please advise as soon as possible.
ateetshah Posted June 17, 2013 Report Posted June 17, 2013 Yes as long as it is not revoked. You can change as many employers in as many years as you want as long as I-140 is not revoked.
