gcode
Hello Friends This is my first post ever on murthy forum and I hope to find solution to the problem I am in. I came to US in August 2006 on F1 visa and since then never left the country. I graduated in March 2008 and joined consulting firm, My H1B started from 1st Oct 2008 but I got project in Jan 2009 so I don't have W2 for 2008. After that time I have all the W2 till now. I am planning to go Canada for visa stamping, will this cause any issue ? I am working under EVC model. Please advise. Thanks Link to comment
JoeF
On H1, you need to get paid ALL THE TIME, even on bench without a project. This has been known FOREVER! WHY in the world did you not ask about this way back when??? Link to comment
