stlorena Posted June 16, 2013 Report Posted June 16, 2013 Hello! I am currently on an H-1B with employer A. My current H-1 expires in September 2013. The new employment starts August 15, 2013. If my current employer fires me between July 15 and August 15, but I have a Receipt notice from company B, am I legally in the US or do I have to leave the country? Thank you!
