pnarang Posted June 15, 2013 Report Share Posted June 15, 2013 Hello, I came to USA in 2007 to do my bachelors and completed that in 2011 and then worked on my OPT for a year and now I am doing my masters. My student visa expired in dec'11. I need to go to India soon. Will I be able to get stamping done from India or can there be any issues? I will graduate with masters in April'14. Please help. pnarang Posted June 18, 2013 Author Report Share Posted June 18, 2013 I need to go because I am getting married. The guy is in US on H1B. If my F-1 is denied for some reason, I can come as a dependent on him on H4 and apply for change of status to F-1 when I get back ?? Thank you Link to comment
