Options post H-1B transfer rejection

Have a H-1B visa stamped valid till august. Am planning to join my new employer on receipt of H-1B transfer.

 

What are all the options i have just in case if there is a rejection?

 

Can i find another employer and file another transfer within a few weeks? How many days i can be in the US post decision?

If you are already started working for the new employer, and if rejected then you will be out of status immediately.

 

It's better to join the new employer only after your H1 has been approved.
