Advice Please-NIW 140 approved/Am I elegible for consular processing?

Hi Forum- I need advice on my case. I have a appoved NIW I-140, and now planning to start a job in Canada, that job description is same as I mentioned in the NIW qualifications. My question is am I elegible for consular processing or do I have to return to USA on H1B by the dates are become current? I greatly appreciate in your input.

There is no difference to any other immigration case. Of course you can do CP when the PD becomes current.

Thank you so much for the response.  I am wondering whether I require job offer when the dates become current to file I485. Detailed information would be helpful or provide where I can find the detailed information.

 NIW I-140  does not need a Job Offer.
