Company relocation before Oct 1st (H1b approved)

Hi,

 

My company (along with all employees) is relocating from location A to location B. I have an approved H1b application ... does the company needs to file LCA again.

 

Details:

My salary was based on LCA figure from 'A'.  I'm worried since location 'B' LCA seems to be lower.

 

Can this result in salary reduction ?

Company has it's own immigration attorney. My question is can my salary be reduced (or would it be something like immigration bait & switch ?).  Is there a reason for outside (out of pocket) consultation ?
