Ri2011 Posted June 12, 2013 Report Share Posted June 12, 2013 My spouse's H1B visa expires this dec and his company is ready to file for his extension ( I140 approved) we both are full time employees with right documentation. I have fear about the issues like in the past his F2 was rejected 2 times. will that affect our application if we go together for the Visa interview? We are planning to go to hyd consulate for visa interview. Link to comment
