Help for DS-160 question

Hello,

 

I am applying for a U.S H1-B. I was on H1-B for past 6 years and I am applying for another H1-B after 1 year or gap.

 

I had got U.S visa stamp from Mumbai consulate in 2009. After that in 2010 my H1 was renewed but I had not got visa stamp for that extended H1.

 

There is a question in DS 160 which asks for Have you ever been issued U.S visa, which is yes in my case.

 

It asks for Date last visa was issued: This would be the visa stamp I had got in 2009. Right? Even though I had got H1 renewed in 2010, the last visa stamp was in 2009.
