ark21 Posted June 12, 2013 Report Posted June 12, 2013 I recently got an H1B visa, which kicks in on the first day of October. My student visa (OPT) expires end of june. My question is, can I switch employment between July and October, or do I have to wait till i get an official H1B status in October. Thank you in advance for the reply!
