himanshusekhar Posted June 11, 2013 Report Posted June 11, 2013 I am looking for an expert advise on the situation of my status as my previous employer have revoked my I-140. Here is my situation. My previous employer had processed my GC and I had PERM , I-140 approved under EB 2 category. They also filed My I-485 when the priority date was in 2010. I too received my EAD card along with AP. Now I have switched to a new employer (after 180 days of my I-485 filing) and transferred my H1B to my new employer too. My new employer has also filed AC 21 to port my Green Card. Now when I check my I-140 application, it has been revoked by my previous employer. It seems its the policy of my previous employer that they will not share any copy of PERM or I-140 and they will also revoked I-140 when the en employee leaves the organization. With the above being said , whet are the risks to my green card filing or any future employment while my I-485 file is still pending with USCIS. Any expert advice is really appreciated . Thank you in advance !! Thanks
omshiv Posted June 12, 2013 Report Posted June 12, 2013 I believe the only issue would be that you'll lose your PD.
