Crybaby Posted June 11, 2013 Report Share Posted June 11, 2013 I applied OPT extension on XX company letter ( joining date Dec 12) but I kept continue working for my old company for additional 1 month ( Jan 12) as company XX was giving online training during that time. Is it legal? Please remember I joined company xx on Dec 12 itself but as training was online so I resigned from old company after 1 month. I have valid employment authorization during this whole time ( both companies were everified). Now how to report starting and ending dates of both employers as for 1 month I was doing 2 things at same time (online training (one employer) plus fulltime job (second employer).
