H1b transfer from non profit to Profit

Hello all,

I started my H1b for profit firm. Currently i am in my 4th year of H1b and working for Non profit firm. As i was counted for cap once during my 1st job i was not counted for cap again when i made a switch from Profit to Non profit in my 3rd year. My current Non Profit firm has filed my Green card and i plan to make a switch once i get my I140 approved and an extension after 6 years.
In the scenario mentioned above will I be counted towards the cap after 6 years when i try to make a switch from Non Profit to Profit?
