ramesh.bhukya Posted June 11, 2013 Report Posted June 11, 2013 Hi ,I am currently on H4 visa and got my H1 approved from Employer A(consultant).When Can I transfer H1 b to other Employer B(permanent job) who is offering me Job with Valid H1?.Is that possible to get transfer H1b to other Employer B before Oct 1 2013 if not when can i transfer that? If yes, is there any possible issues ?? Please help on this... thanks.
