Meanwhile I got the offer from company C & they want to apply my H1. Can i apply H1 with company C & join company C.

sourojit Posted June 11, 2013 Report Posted June 11, 2013 I just got a H1B approved from my employer ( A University). I was in J1 prior to this. AT the same time, I had interviewd with a private company, who recently filed for a H1B and got it approved too. Now my question is: If I accept the H1B from my current employer and then in a couple of months go to my home country, and then come back with the H1B visa stamped (from my current employer). After I come back, can I then Join the private company directly? Since they already have the approved H1B for me ?
