I heard that there will be an Agent who takes care of arramging accommodation, transport to consulate..etc Can someone tell me for which place is this? Thanks

In case if I did NOT get my H1B Visa how should I plan to travel to INDIA? Is there a major airport international airport in Metamoros in Mexico for me to fly to INDIA? Thanks
