Wrong Medicine to New Born

Hi Experts-

My baby took born on 5/20, immediately after birth (2 Hours) she was given a wrong medicine (Medicine suppose to give to Mom was given to Baby, Methergine was the medicine).

She was kept under Nenatal care for 24Hrs, she was given temporary oxygen during that time.

We were so tensed that it has happened to a 2Hrs baby.

I want to sue and take this case legally, Can anyone let me know, is that possible?

See a malpractice attorney. Take records. However, these types of cases are very expensive and long. Unless there are significant long term injuries, you may have a hard time finding someone to take the case.
