H1B transfer after 6 years of USA with a fraud in perm by current employer's attorney

Hi -

I have my H1B extension after 6 years due to my perm labor certification and I-140 approval in EB-3 with company - A.

I have decided to go with company - b for the reason that Company A's attroney did a fraud with my labor and few others too.

I would like to go with Company - B for a H1B extension for the years 7, 8 and 9 in USA>

What all options I do have ?

Will my H1B transfer will get denied if my current employer - A revokes my - I 140 ?

Please advise.
