tbest_07 Posted June 8, 2013 Report Share Posted June 8, 2013 Hello, I am currently on L1B. I have an approved H1B from this year (valid from 1 Oct 2013) for one client. However, I will probably have to work for another client from 1 Oct 2013. I am planning to file for an amendment for this. I just want to know if this can be done, filing an H1B amendment without working for the client for which the original H1B was approved. Thanks! Link to comment
