MAK07 Posted June 7, 2013 Report Posted June 7, 2013 Hi All, I had applied for Canada Visa @ los angeles consulate on May 6, Time process for getting Canada Visa is 19 days. But i still didn't received my password from the consulate, anyone has the idea how long it going to take to process? Is there anyway we can track / Call / Email them? I had tried emailing them but there is no response, if anyone has the problem pls. let me know. Thank You, MAK.

Also ,please provide the date of application and the method of application (online, in person or by mail)

rvasi Posted June 9, 2013 Report Posted June 9, 2013 Hi All, I have applied for the Canada Visitor Visa on May 9th and LA consulate received on MAY 10th.I haven't received the my documents back.I have checked with bank whether money order was cashed and they said it was cashed on May 30th .I am hoping will receive the documents this week It was very frustrating as their is now way of tracking other than wait... Does anyone know whether can we go to consulate and get the visa after there average processing times?

I am still waiting for the visa.Guess you are right it seems they are taking around 40 days to process couple of people said same thing in other forums .Waiting for it keeping my finger crossed... Did you applied by in person or by mail?

Did you applied by in person or by mail? By Mail...there had cashed out the check on May 20th ( receipt in the passport say that ), As you had mention if there cashed out your check on May 30. I am think your will be your passport by next week. Did you book your VISA interview date ? If yes when/ where did you book it ?
