He is very smart from beginning and the day he decided to move on he didnot file for my EAD bluffing me saying PD date will be current anytime soon. EB2 India has not been moving since long time.
Belle Posted June 7, 2013 Report Posted June 7, 2013 Your husband cannot do anthing to your I-485. You remain eligible for the green card until you two divorce. Do get an EAD (you can file yourself), and get some legal advice from a good lawyer.
