How to know I485 status

my husband and I are separated about a month and I want to know how he can cancel my I-485 application without my knowledge. He is very smart from beginning and the day he decided to move on he didnot file for my EAD bluffing me saying PD date will be current anytime soon.

EB2 India has not been moving since long time.

Your husband cannot do anthing to your I-485. You remain eligible for the green card until you two divorce. Do get an EAD (you can file yourself), and get some legal advice from a good lawyer.

Thanks I did not know that I can file for EAD. i will contact immigration attorney on how to get EAD.
