MyProfile Posted June 6, 2013 Report Posted June 6, 2013 Can you let us know when you receive your passport. I've my visa interview on Jun 12th and trying to figure out how long is its taking to get ur passport once approved.
visacan Posted June 7, 2013 Author Report Posted June 7, 2013 *** seems like they take the i797 along with PP , i was little worried. He only took client letter/LCA. my specs : I work for employer - client model, i recently had 7 yr H1 extension yr. i had the client letter in the H1 petetion as well. so probably he had looked at it in the petetion. i took the same petition client letter as it was filed in March. FOR MY KNOWLEDGE "CLIENT LETTER " IS THE KEY. EVERYTHING ELSE IS SECONDARY. EVC / EC ETC.... AND ONE MORE BE CAREFUL ON LCA LOCATIONS. THIS IS JUST MY UNDERSTANDING.... OK THANKS FOLKS. I WILL UPDATE LATER
