moinqazi Posted June 6, 2013 Report Posted June 6, 2013 Hi folks, I am a pharmacist. I did my MS from New York and worked for Rite Aid for 7 years as pharmacist. I am in India for the past one year since my 6 years of H1B got over. I have my new H1b petition approved from an independent pharmacy owner in New York and am planning on going for visa stamping soon. I just wanted to see if anyone out there has gotten h1b stamping done for an independent pharmacy, When I was with Rite Aid, it wasn't an issue, since it is a fortune 500 company. I am apprehensive that they might ask some financial documents to verify that the pharmacy is doing good business. It does have good business and it has been in operation since 1995. Any suggestions on what documents I should carry? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
omshiv Posted June 6, 2013 Report Posted June 6, 2013 I dont think there should be any issue in your stamping..VO might want to know about the Financial condition of the company to find out if they will be able to pay you as per LCA or not.
moinqazi Posted June 7, 2013 Author Report Posted June 7, 2013 Mr. Omshiv, Thanks a lot for your reply and positive words. I am also hoping for the same. Regards, Moin.
