H4 and I 94 Extension.

Hi Experts,

I am on H4 Which expires in Oct 2013. I have I 94 which was issued to me until Oct 2013 until my visa validity.

I want to extend my I 94 by going to mexican border.I do have 3 questions

1) Do i have to carry my spouse valid documents as proof to extend my I 94 (She does have her I 797 Validity until 2015)

2) Would officer at the border ask me saying that "u have validity until 2013 oct" and won't issue new I 94?

3) Do i need a Visa to Mexico as i do have valid H4 Stamping ?

Any help would be great on your part.

Why are you not applying for an extension of your H4 status?
