rainylemony Posted June 5, 2013 Report Posted June 5, 2013 My company is going through dissolution. How much time do I have to transfer my H1B once my company dissolves? Also I have approved I-140 and I am on 7th year of H1B extension. Once I get into new job can I get 3 yrs extension on basis of old approved I-140 or my new employer has to file PERM again? Please advise.
