Need to know if Husband can travel on L2

Hi,

Following on my previous post i missed to add an important point. New post is as below:

My husband and i work in the same company. I am here on my L1B visa. The visa expires this september, however i have my I94 date which is 3 years from now.

I would like to know if there would be any problem if my husband wants to travel on an L2 if he gets to schedule his L2 interview this month and what also would his I94 date be the same as mine..
