What if H1B Amendment ?

Hi There,

My employer filled h1b Amendment as I changed job location and client which I am working. I got RFE to submit client letters once again and we submitted it again.

Now I saw status change "Premiumum clock stopped" . So what if My h1b amendmenet is rejected . Can I work ? How do I need to proceed furthur.

Your employer would have to handle these things.

=> H1b is paid and owned by employer. Ask to your employer if you can work.

We got email from attorney .They say it is denied. They dont have any idea why it is denied neither employer.Can you please help us to understand current situation.

Reason for denial :No Employer- Employee Relationship: In fact we submitted all documents.
