Details below - Question - I changed my job in US (from Company A to Company B) . I currently have Visa stamped till May 2014, however, the stamping was done last year when I was with company A. Now, I am planning to have my wife travel to US on H4 visa. In order to get her H4 visa stamped, do I need to get my H1 visa stamping done for company B? Please let me know. Thank you.
