PERM process with H1B - EXPIRED L2 EAD consideration

Hello,

Currenly I am on H1B visa and haven't started PERM and I have validity till 2014 May. I am intiating my GC process with my employer As I had L2 EAD (EXPIRED in 2008) Will there be any consideration of my L2 EAD date (2006-2008) when I file for Labor & I140. Please let me know your inputs.

Note: I converted my L2 visa to H1B before my EAD expiration.
