As my client wanted me to be placed in US, my company applied for L1A Blanket, which also got denied. Some people in my company is saying that, I need to wait till Nov 2013 before applying for L1A Individual. Is that true. My understanding is that USCIS will check for my period of employment before entry into United States. ie. period before my first entry in Oct 2009. Can you please help me
