My education is as BE computers pune university- 4 years + MBA- Amity university 2 years 9 both full time degrees)........ My work ex is 4 years 9 months in Company 1 in India and then I got transferred by the same company to US on a H1B and I have been with their America subsidiary for 1.5 years... Total work ex= approx. 6 years. I am currently on my H1B.. which status should I file my H1B in , please help? Link to comment
