Can I join new employer if H1 transfer in RFE

Hi All,

I have joined a new employer in March and the H1 is not yet transferred to the employer. The H1 transfer process has a RFE on it and the employer is working on providing the details as required by the consulate.

1. Please let me know if I can change a job now when I have an offer from another company.

2. Also, is it possible to move if the present RFE is still there

3. When I join the new company, will the present employer still need to have to work on the RFE

Please advice and guide further.
