abhishes Posted June 2, 2013 Report Posted June 2, 2013 I am currently on L2 visa and got an EAD and found employment as well. My employer is ready to sponsor my GC. My questions is 1. Should I ask my employer to directly file for GC.. or should I first seek a H1B? Will it be faster if I apply directly for GC or should I first seek H1B? 2. Do I have to stay in the states for some time to be eligible for GC application?
