neelapuswarna Posted June 1, 2013 Report Posted June 1, 2013 Hi, Iam in USA on H4 and I got my H1B approval on november 2012 and Iam pregnant and I was unable to work and now Iam willing to travel to India and my questions are 1. Whether I can travel with H4 status and while returning I need to go for H1B stamping in India. 2. Other wise shall I apply for COS and then travel to India 3. During the COS process can I travel or I should wait till the COS has processed. Please reply soon Iam waiting for your reply. Thanks.
