Urgent H4 To H1, approval pending, need to travel out of USA.

Can anyone help me understand this.

My husband is on h1, whereas iam on h4 (valid upto sept 2014.)

My h1b application got selected in lottery and approval decision is pending, as it was filed under regular processing.

Due to some reasons i need to travel bk to my country in july for 4 weeks.

1) so before i leave us if i get my approval, can i still re enter us under my approved h4?

2) if i receive approval when iam out of USA can i still come back in 4 weeks on my approved H4 status and from Oct would my status automatically change from H4 to H1?

3) what if my H1 gets denied, can I still come back on my approved H4?

4) I have also heard, sometimes USCIS grants H1 but does not issue I94, what should i do if this happens?

Have your employer convert to Premium Processing. Give him the money if necessary.
