Need Clarification on RFE for H1B Visa

Hi All,

I got RFE for H1B Visa few days back and have been asked to provide SOW,Heirarchy in which I will be working in US.They also have asked to provide with End client confirmation Letter.

I not sure if they are asking for something special or is it a regular procedure of inquiry to validate my role in the company when I work in US.

Your employer will/should reply. This is not special. They should have submitted it with the original petition but they may not have a real client for you at this time..

Dude, what they have asked in the RFE are least required documents for H1 approval. Without these documents your H1 cannot be approved.

I am wondering how did your employer filed H1 without proper documentation??

This is very often a common request when USCIS is attempting to determine the existence of a valid employer employee relationship and position in a specialty occupation for a H1B petition.
