H1-B approved; still not in post decision activity

Hi all,

First of all, let me say: great community here!

I have a rather simple question and I would like an answer from someone knowledgeable:

My H1-B was approved on April 16th, 2013. It was filed under Premium Processing. I have also received ALL the documents from my lawyers: I-797 Notice of action (that says H1-B was approved and has the I-94 attached at the bottom), copy of the petition and LCA etc etc.

However, my case status has still not moved to post-decision activity. It's been over a month since approval. Should I be worried? Now that I have all the approval documents, am I good to go, i.e. can I go for stamping in my home country in July (90 days before Oct 1st) ?

You don't need to worry about that.. My previous h1b still shows in "Decision" status only and it was approved almost 4 years back :)

online status is of no.consequence. if you have the documents you're good to go
