rahulpd19 Posted May 29, 2013 Report Posted May 29, 2013 My current employer filled my H1 VISA application this year and it is approved. I am currently on OPT which expires next year. I also got the confirmation letter from USCIS confirming my application has been approved and my H1 will start October 1, 2013. My questions is: 1) I have a job offer from other company and they told me they can not hire me due to the fact that I don't have H1 status and in order to transfer H1 VISA USICS needs 2 pay slips from the previous emplyer working under H1? 2) If that is not the case, can I still join other compan before october? As this year there was lotterry quota and what will be the process in order to work for other company before October if they file my H1? I will appreciate any help regarding it.
