javaji23 Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 I applied for my H1B in April through Premium process. Got accepted and had my H1B document (I-797 form) in hand by April 20th. Then, I got a job in another company and I applied for H1B transfer through premium process. Now, if I let my current employer know that I would be leaving the job will he be able to do something which will effect my H1B transfer (such as canceling my H1b or something else). Another issue, I have applied for cap gap with my H1B. Will my H1b transfer effect getting approved for cap gap?? Another, How long can I work on cap gap. Please do let me know. Thanks in advance.
