chandu305 Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 I recently got an RFE on H1B extension and my lawyer indicated the following letter from USCIS "Your petition has received supervisory review prior to RFE being sent.".... you will receive the RFE upon completion of the review. On the USCIS website I see: "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information". Any idea on whats going on. Appreciate your help
