Joining a new company

Hi,

I am working for company X and have received 2 new job offers and have given all my papers to both the companies (say Company Y and Z). For one of the company, I don't need to relocate where as working for another company requires relocation. I like to work for company Y (due to no relocation) and would like to opt for Company Z if I don't like the work in Y.

I was planning to anyway leave my current company and join Company Y. If I don't find it to be as expected then would like to join Z. I want to know , what are the additional things I need to do if I decide to join Company Z as ideally I will be leaving company Y to join them (as against my current company which is X).

Job offers generally are not open ended. They have a job that needs to be done and a person to do it. Your ethical standards are really questionable; Z deserves a prompt response.

I believe everyone has the right to choose if they are given an option. I asked for opinion only from process point of view and would prefer the response to be specific to that!

As long as the I94 is valid any company from A-Z can file a H1 petition for you and you can join or not on approval.
